About The Host
Who is John Dwayne? With over 15 years of experience as an independent contractor for FEMA, John has conducted more than 22,000 housing inspections following disasters. He has witnessed devastation firsthand and genuinely understands the frustration and hardship that come with it—especially when dealing with an unfair insurance company. Licensed through the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) back in 2002, he is well-versed in the claims adjusting process. His background in flood insurance claims and extensive work with FEMA give him in-depth knowledge of every phase of the reconstruction process.
